🦷 “What can’t I eat?”🪥 “And how do I clean my braces?”

Senna asks Dr. Brock Hall all the important questions about life with braces!

The good news? You can still enjoy most of your favourite foods. You just need to be a little more careful. Sticky candies are best avoided, along with hard fruits and vegetables that could damage your braces.

Cleaning takes a little extra care, too. With brackets and wires in the way, you need to be thorough and make sure you’re getting around everything.

And here’s something you may not know: you don’t need to go somewhere else for your regular teeth cleanings while you have braces! You can continue coming to Diamond Valley Dental. Our team can carefully remove the wire so we can get in there, give your teeth a thorough cleaning, and then put everything back together.

Braces may require a little extra care, but you’re not on your own! We’re here to help keep your smile healthy throughout the whole process. ✨
