We were proud to award the 2026 Diamond Valley Dental Scholarship to Tyler-Ann Goodison at the Oilfields High School Black & Gold Ceremony.

This fall, Tyler-Ann will be attending Lakeland College, where she will be pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management with the goal of becoming a Conservation Officer. She'll also be continuing her athletic journey by playing college basketball. ๐Ÿ€

Tyler-Ann's dedication, hard work, and commitment to both academics and athletics make her an outstanding recipient of this year's scholarship.

Congratulations, Tyler-Ann! We wish you all the best as you begin this exciting new chapter and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in the years ahead!

Last year, we were proud to award the Diamond Valley Dental Scholarship to Keagan Willoughby at the Oilfields High School Black & Gold Ceremony.

Since then, Keagan has completed his first year of university and is pursuing his goal of becoming an optometrist. We couldn't be happier to see him taking the next steps toward a career dedicated to helping others.

Supporting local students as they pursue their dreams is something we deeply value, and it's an honour to play a small role in their journey.

This Friday, we'll once again award the Diamond Valley Dental Scholarship at the Oilfields High School Black & Gold Ceremony, providing another deserving student with $1,000 to help them take the next step toward their future.

๐Ÿฆท โ€œ๐ƒ๐จ ๐ˆ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ ๐›๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ฌ?โ€ ๐Ÿคจ Thatโ€™s the question 11-year-old Senna asked Dr. Brock Hall at Diamond Valley Dental, and itโ€™s one we hear often from both kids and parents.

Dr. Hall explained that every smile grows differently. At Sennaโ€™s age, sheโ€™s still growing and developing, which is why regular dental visits are so important. While some children may benefit from braces earlier, many kids typically begin orthodontic treatment around 12โ€“13 years old, once more adult teeth have come in.

The good news? Early checkups help us monitor growth and make sure your childโ€™s smile is developing properly every step of the way.
