We love seeing the Town of Aylmer shine a spotlight on something so near and dear to our hearts ... the importance of oral health and access to dental care for everyone in our community! 💙

A big thank you to the Town of Aylmer for recognizing the dental professionals, educators, public health teams, and community organizations working together to build healthier, happier communities.

Because a healthy smile is about so much more than teeth! 🥰

Your oral health is deeply connected to your overall health and well-being, from the health of your gums to how you breathe, sleep, eat, speak, and feel about yourself. We believe that education, prevention, and access to quality care can make an incredible difference in people's lives.

Between Aylmer Family Dental and Aylmer Dental Care Centre, we're proud to offer everything from routine family dentistry and preventive care to orthodontics, dental implants, root canals, gum therapy, children's dentistry, sedation and hospital-level anesthesia services, and so much more - all close to home!

We're also proud to welcome patients through the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), helping more individuals and families access the care they need. And we're grateful for community partners like Southwestern Public Health, whose programs help support eligible children, youth, and seniors.

Our philosophy has always been that great dentistry starts with caring for people, not just teeth. That means taking time to listen, educate, empower, and work together to help our neighbours live healthier lives.

🦷 October 10th has been proclaimed as National Dental Care Day in the Town of Aylmer

Oral health is an important part of our overall health and well-being. National Dental Care Day helps raise awareness about preventive dental care, oral health education, and access to oral healthcare.

The Town also recognizes the dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, educators, volunteers, and community organizations who help support healthier individuals, families, and communities.

Jordyn is someone who brings such a high level of care, professionalism, and intention to everything she does. Her attention to detail and high standards are truly what set her apart, and you can see that reflected in the way she cares for her patients and approaches her work every day.

She is hardworking, passionate, kind, funny and always strives to do things the right way. She holds herself to a high standard and brings that same level of thoughtfulness and dedication to our team. We’re so grateful for the care she puts into everything she does and the standard she helps set within our office.

Beyond all of that, Jordyn is simply such a kind and valued part of our work family. We’re lucky to have her on our team and so appreciative of everything she brings to our office and our patients. 🤍

Happy Birthday to our girl Chelsea! 🥳🤍

If you know Chelsea, you know she has a way of making everyone around her feel instantly comfortable, cared for, and completely themselves. She’s empathetic, understanding, incredibly caring, and somehow always knows exactly what to say… usually followed by something that has the whole office laughing. 😂

As one of our dental assistants, Chelsea brings so much more to our team than just being amazing at what she does. She brings patience, kindness, humour, and a genuine ability to make our patients feel heard and at ease. She’s the kind of person you’re lucky to have on your team and even luckier to call a friend. 🫶🏼

Chelsea, we’re so grateful for you, for all that you bring to our team, and for the countless little ways you make our office a better place every day. We hope your birthday is filled with all the love, laughs, and happiness you bring to everyone around you! 🤍

Throwing it back to Charlee’s last day with us before she headed off to university, because today is her birthday! 🥳🤍

One of our favourite parts of what we do is getting to help ignite a passion for caring for others in the next generation of healthcare professionals. Education is such a big part of our mission, not only for our patients, but for the future community carers, clinicians and professionals who will go on to make a difference of their own.

Charlee is exactly the kind of person who makes that mission so special. She carries that spark in spades. ✨

She was an incredible asset to our team this summer, bringing so much kindness, determination, hard work and heart to everything she did. We’re so excited to watch her continue working toward her dream of becoming a dentist, and we can’t wait to have her back with us in the future!

Aylmer Family Dental is growing, and we have some exciting developments on the horizon that we can’t wait to share with our community soon! 💙

As we prepare for what’s ahead, we’re proactively looking for great people to join our Administrative and Dental Assisting teams in full-time roles.
