Hi! I'm Katie, the face behind the mask 😷

Cindy and I get asked all the time what habits make the biggest difference when it comes to oral health, so I thought I'd share my top 5 today:

🪥Make the brushing you do before bed really count, spend a full two minutes (with minimal toothpaste), focus on the gumline

🦷Hate flossing? Buy a Waterpick! Use on level 8 or higher on the outside and inside of your teeth, aim the water under your gumline.

🪥Mouthwashs don't do much, spend your $ on a quality brush or waterpick instead!

🦷ONLY brush and floss the teeth you want to keep

And obviously the MOST important- see your dental Hygienist on a regular basis 😁🥰

One of the best (and most fun!) parts of attending the DHPO conference - all the goodies and samples we get to bring home and try!

It's a great way for us to explore new products, test what actually works and find the best options to recommend to our clients.

Safe to say we came home with alot to test out!
