Please note Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) patients who missed the June 1 renewal deadline:
Coverage Status: Their benefits expired on June 30.
Action Needed: Patients cannot simply renew late. They must submit a brand-new application to Service Canada.
Any treatment provided during this gap is self-pay.
Re-apply online or by phone (1-833-537-4342) immediately.
Once approved please let us know.
