If you can’t remember, it might be time!

Over time, toothbrush bristles become worn and less effective at cleaning your teeth. A good rule of thumb is to replace your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head about every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

And after you replace it? Keep up the good work with brushing twice a day for two minutes! 😁
