After careful consideration and thoughtful discussions, rehabilitation of two molars to manage extensive root decay with pulp exposure. Although extraction, grafting and implants may be in this patient’s future, the hope is with his optimal home care he may enjoy his natural teeth for some time yet. Appointments;
1) 17, 16 Endo, Core Restoration, Crown Preparation, Itero scan wand splinted Temporary Unit - patient returned to asymptomatic normal function after 4 days. 2) Two Crown try-in and Cementation.

JUST 9 MONTHS!!!! Fantastic outcome for 12 Year Old Invisalign patient in far less time than estimated for fixed braces. In addition to a bright and wide smile, this patient is now set up with appropriate FUNCTION and GUIDANCE patterns, and will be at far less risk of developing CAVITIES, GUM DISEASE AND WEAR FOR LIFE!!
