Sister and Smiles Teeth whitening by a Registered Dental Hygienist. 4-12 shades brighter in just 45 minutes! The procedure itself will typically be an hour and a half.

Once you have requested a booking using our booking request form, we will contact you within 24 hours via phone or message to reconfirm. This preliminary call is for scheduling the best time to have a phone, FaceTime, or Zoom consultation with Anna, a registered dental hygienist in Ontario. She will go over the entire procedure and answer any questions you may have about your teeth. She will ensur

e that you have a complete understanding of the product and the results that you can expect. Comfort is our priority, and we will check on you periodically to ensure that the treatment is going well. Our product is Health Canada-approved and is known to cause little to no sensitivity. Most people will see results as soon as the treatment is finished and may even improve over the next 8 hours as long as they follow the post-op instructions provided. After your treatment, we will follow up with a text or phone call to check up on you and make sure everything is okay. Due to the nature of this product, we want to follow through and make sure that you are doing well and managing sensitivity properly if any. PLEASE BE CAREFUL: People without dental certification are offering teeth whitening as part of their spa treatment business because Health Canada considers the treatment a cosmetic service and not dental. The products that we use contain a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide and could cause damage to your teeth or gums with improper handling. As with all things, please do your research on the individual to ensure they have enough experience and training. The UK has actually made it illegal for anyone that is not a registered dental worker to provide the service.

My sister in law, Jennifer does sugaring hair removal and I do teeth whitening. Besides our endless amount of jokes and laughs, working together gave us a sense of enjoyment and fullfillment as we journey towards our goals.
