We are celebrating World Sleep Day by talking about sleep! Sleep 😴 is the foundation of health…it is a biological necessity that affords our body rest and recovery. Quality sleep helps us to build muscle, repair our minds and bodies, reduce our risk of stroke and cancer, maintain proper blood glucose levels, improve memory, and bolster fitness performance.

Through screening questionnaires, X-ray analysis of your posture and airway, orofacial myofunctional assessments, and take-home sleep screenings, we can offer you solutions for improving your sleep. Night time sleep appliances, orthodontics and exercises for your face, tongue and throat can offer tangible solutions to help improve the quality and depth of your sleep.

For our first team Christmas 🎄party in three years, we decided to head to the mountains in Canmore. 🏔

Chef Tracy Little of gave us a “taste of the wilderness” with her 10 course tasting menu. Simply Fabulous !!!

From the eclectic atmosphere, and amazing cocktails to the knowledgeable staff and wonderful Maitre D-Sully, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We were grateful for everyone’s company tonight and learning more about each of you !🙏🏼
Thanks team for working hard this year and being like a second family.
