If you’ve ever wondered who REALLY runs Smile Care Dental… it’s Brittany. 😄

As the boss, I’ll admit it — when my schedule falls apart (and yes, sometimes I’m the reason 😂), Brittany is the calm, collected superhero who puts it back together like nothing ever happened.

She’s our main Treatment Coordinator, which basically means:

🗓 She rebuilds the schedule when it explodes
📞 She adjusts patients when I need to make changes
🦷 She handles insurance payments like a pro
📋 She follows up on crown pre-approvals and prepares estimates
💙 And she does it all with a smile that patients absolutely love

While I’m focused on teeth, Brittany is focused on people — making sure families understand their treatment, their insurance, and their options. She takes the stress out of dentistry and replaces it with reassurance and kindness.

Truthfully, Smile Care Dental wouldn’t run the same without her. Our patients adore her (and so do we).
