🇧🇷 O que você faria? Esta paciente teve a perda da raiz do incisivo 21 e, devido a perda de volume do tecido ósseo e gengival, a mucosa labial interna passou a atritar com esta área, sofrendo um trauma. Este caso teríamos 2 caminhos:
- substituir a prótese fixa de 3 elementos, envolvendo custo laboratorial, clínico, biológico, tempo e financeiro, ou
- restabelecer a área perdida dos tecidos ósseo e gengival através da confecção e uso de uma epítese gengival removível Newton Fahl Newton Fahl - Dentista, Professor, Mentor - Fahl Center , com os custos infinitamente menores aos mencionados acima.
A escolha foi assertiva e o resultado foi extraordinário!

This patient lost the root of tooth #21. Due to the loss of bone and gingival tissue volume, the inner labial mucosa began rubbing against the area, resulting in trauma.
There were two possible approaches to this case:
— Replace the three-unit fixed dental prosthesis, which would involve laboratory, clinical, biological, time-related, and financial costs; or
— Restore the lost bone and gingival tissue volume by fabricating a removable gingival epithesis Newton Fahl Newton Fahl - Dentista, Professor, Mentor - Fahl Center , at a significantly lower cost than the alternative mentioned above.
The right choice was made, and the outcome was extraordinary!
