Realmente, é o que eu também penso...
Vejo muita justificativa de procedimentos estéticos bem como a propaganda disso via posts com uma desculpa travestida de marketing. Não quero ofender ou afirmar que estou certo; posso sempre estar muito errado, mas estou meio frustrado com o momento e, acredite, preferiria ser menos reflexivo e mais voltado ao mercado. Meio que como quando criança, quando eu dizia para minha mãe: mas mãe, todo mundo esta fazendo. E ela me dizia: você não é todo mundo. E as mães novamente estão certas; nos não somos todo mundo e temos que ter coragem e caráter de parar de nos esconder atrás do "marketing" e do "mas os pacientes estão querendo isso". Quando um bom médico faria isso? Um bom cirurgião cardíaco diria: vou começar a fazer essas cirurgias porque a busca pelo procedimento está muito grande. Desculpe a franqueza. Temos tempo ainda. Oss.

I see a lot of justification for aesthetic procedures as well as advertising this via posts with a fake excuse of marketing. I do not want to offend or assert that I am right; I may always be very wrong. But I am a bit frustrated with the moment and, I believe, I would rather be less reflective and more market-oriented. Kind of like when I was a kid, when I used to say to my mother: but mom, everybody is doing it. And she used to tell me: you're not everyone. And the mothers are right again; we are not everyone and we have to have the courage and character to stop hiding ourselves behind excuses of "marketing" and "but the patients are looking for it." When would a good doctor do this? A good heart surgeon would say: I'm going to start doing these surgeries because is too popular among patients. Sorry for being frank. We still have time. Oss.
