⭐️Dr. Tommaso Brunelli: “ From direct to indirect posterior restoration”

Dr. Tommaso Brunelli graduated in Dentistry in 2016 at the University of Brescia, Italy.
He immediately devoted his attention to Restorative Dentistry and Adhesive Prosthodontic by attending high-level courses to improve himself day by day.
He took part, before graduation, of StyleItaliano 4 days Advanced Course in 2016 on direct and indirect esthetic restorative protocols and he became in that year a StyleItaliano Silver Member.
In 2017 he attended the Full-immersion Marco Veneziani’s course about Restorative and Esthetic dentistry, from anterior to posterior, direct and indirect restorations.
He obtained in 2021 the II level Master’s Degree in Clinical Endodontics and Microsurgery at the University of Brescia.
In 2023 he is going to obtain the II level Master’s Degree in Implantology at the University of Padova.
He works as a Freelance in private office in Bergamo and Brescia.

Dr. Cobanoglu received her Degree in Dentistry and her postgraduate degree in Orthodontics and PhD in Dentofacial Orthopeadic and Orthodontics from Ankara University. She has been practicing her own private clinic since her graduation in Ankara, Turkey.

The creation of an aesthetic smile with a gingival architecture in harmony with the adjacent dentition remains the final objective in dentistry.
The challenge in Periodontology is to manage the Hard/Soft Tissue complex and to be as close as possible, in the aesthetic zone, to the natural smile appearance of the patient. The process of Soft and Hard tissue healing must be understood and incorporated into a carefully coordinated sequence of therapy.

The essential prerequisites in order to establish an optimal harmonious aesthetic result should always remain a precise, comprehensive biological and prosthetic diagnosis as well as the choice of the most conservative, appropriate, and least traumatic treatment for the patient to achieve a successful aesthetic outcome.

Even though aesthetics represents an essential part of the actual oral treatment, the value of the results, the predictability of the different therapeutic modalities and the long-term prognosis involve a scientific approach in all clinical procedures using one or several delicate osseous, such Crown lengthening Procedures in Gingival Smile and/or Muco-Gingival Plastic Surgeries for Gingival Recessions Coverage

The purpose of this lecture is to present the Surgical approaches used until 2013
did prove that even though a major evolution in periodontology has taken place in the last 10 years with less invasive surgery, more sophisticated digital approaches, it has been however possible to reach esthetic and a long-term predictability result

⭐ " Endodontic retreatment- non- surgical vs surgical approach"

Although the success rate of primary endodontic treatment has improved over the years, periapical inflammatory processes are still common. The most common treatment options involve non-surgical orthograde endodontic treatment or a surgical retrograde approach. The choice of an appropriate treatment approach should be based on careful analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the respective treatment methods, the risks associated with their implementation and the chance of obtaining a healing process. The current panel consists of several lectures that will present the endodontic and surgical perspectives of the problem - the choice of treatment method, the possibilities and limits of orthograde non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment, different techniques and approaches in the implementation of both methods. A literature analysis of the problem will be made and a large number of own clinical cases will be discussed. The participants will learn how to choose between non-surgical and surgical endodontic treatment and how to perform the appropriate treatment so as to achieve healing of the periapical inflammatory process.

⭐ "Ендодонтско прелекуване- нехирургичен срещу хирургичен подход"

Въпреки, че успеваемостта на първичното ендодонтско лечение се подобрява през годините, перипапикалните възпалителни процеси все още се срещат често. Най-честите лечебни опции са свързани с нехирургично ортоградно енододонтско релечение или хирургичен ретрограден подход. Изборът на подходящ лечебен подход трябва да бъде базиран на внимателен анализ на предимствата и недостатъците на съответните методи за лечение, на рисковете, свързани с провеждането им и шанса за получаване на оздравителен процес. Настоящият панел се състои от няколко лекции, които ще представят ендодонтската и хирургичната гледни точки на проблема – изборът на лечебен метод, възможностите и лимитите на ортоградното нехирургично прелекуване и на хирургичното прелекуване, различни техники и подходи при изпълнението на двата метода. Ще бъде направен литературен анализ на проблема и ще бъдат дискутирани голям брой собствени клинични случаи. Участниците ще научат как да направят избор между нехирургично и хирургично ендодонстко прелекуване и как да изпълнят съответното лечение, така че да получат оздравяване на периапикалния възпалителен процес.
