Complex case of 5 direct composite restorations on the central and lateral incisors, as well as tooth 23.
The treatment was performed in two steps: first, a monochromatic rough build-up, followed by a cut-back technique with deep fake optics to create delicate incisal effects and a natural enamel surface.

Incisal optics - Estelite color blue + levander 1:1; Estelite color clear, mamelons and halo spectra effect D1+D3 1:1;

Case of congenitally missing 12 and peg lateral 22. Smile harmonization with direct composite: canine reshaped into a lateral incisor and first premolar transformed into a canine to create symmetry, function and a natural smile appearance. The procedure was done by “Deep fake optics” method from dr.Sche.
