Primary and secondary stability of the flap. Borders of grafting periodontal envelop

11:30-13:00 Hands on-implant placement and CTG occlusal
13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00-15:30 Flap designs and keys for gentle elevation.
Vertical incisions, papillae management and papillae incision.
Split, full and combined flaps. Passivation of the flap.
Primary and secondary stability of the flap. Key points for suturing.
Suture materials and suture techniques
Simple sutures, periosteal sutures, sling sutures(tooth supported and sling on composite)

16:00-18:00 Hands on-flap management and suturing (Flap with two verticals.
Envelope flap release and then verticals, Frenulum removal, palatal Island Flap, Double loop,
Single suture with tension control, Single suture with periosteal anchorage, modified Pat-Allan,
Double cross sling, Combination of suturing in resective surgery (aesthetic zone).

Harvesting techniques and donor site management.

11:30-13:00 Hands on Graft harvesting techniques (tuberosity, free gingival, double incision)

14:00-15:30 Soft tissue grafting with immediate implant placement and around osteointegrated implants
15:30-16:00 Coffee and Chat
16:00-18:00 Hands on -Implant crown and envelope with CTG, implant with GBR
18:00- Day two is over
