Fatema it's not just a name, it's an inspiration for us.We are trying our best to help her how we can.Still now we are maintaining low profile and using local materials for minimizing the cost with the preserving of function what we exactly want as per our MDT approach.Maybe we have to wait more and work more for a better results.

Does it look like a Shoe?

Yes it is made with plastic, metal but behind of this construction, lots of effort we did that's we can't see.

রেহাবিলিটেসন বলতে আমরা কি বুঝি? মানুষের জন্যে একজন Prosthetist & Orthotist পেশাজীবী হয়ে পাশে দাড়াতে পেরে খুব ভালো লাগে।কিছু জিনিস শুধু দুর থেকে উপলব্ধি করা যায় না পাশে এসে দেখতে হয় মানুষের কতটা need এই প্রফেশনটা।
আসুন আমরা পাশে দাড়ায় যার যার পেশাজীবী দায়িত্ব থেকে।

তেমনি ফাতেমা একজন যার পাশে আমরা সকলেই আছি।

Burn Rehabilitation (Orthotics Treatment)

2. Inflammatory Phase

This is the second phase of Tissue healing process.At this phase blood cells leck waste products of blood from that particular areas and normal cells start to replace that particular areas for this reason inflammation happen.The sign of inflammation are swelling, heat, redness and pain. Inflammation control bleeding and infection.

This isn't the right time for orthotic service but some cases we can provide orthosis for maintain a static position.

Infection: It is a situation of body when a external eliments damage the body cells like bacteria, virus etc
Inflammation: It's a protective mechanism of body to control infection or blood leckage from the body by burn or accident.

Burn Rehabilitation upcoming theory are coming......

1. Hemostasis phase
This is the first stage of Tissue healing process when a accident or burn injury happened.After the injury blood goes out from the body due to the damage of blood vessels.To prevent this damage blood vessels restrict the blood flow to reduce blood weste and the platelate start to come for coagulation to stop the blood weste. Thrombus and platelate work together to accelerate this coagulation process.But if the thrombus detach from the vessels wall than it goes to the arteries and that causes stroke (Brain) or heart attack So at this phase as a Orthotist we have to wait untill it goes to the next phases of healing process cause during the assessment and Casting or even any prefabricated orthosis can injured that area of coagulation.There chances to detach the thrombus from the vessels wall and also it can dealy the process of skin attachment so wait for a best time of rehabilitation with an orthosis.
