Culprit upper wisdom tooth. Successfully removed alhamdulillah 💯
You can see the caries present at the cervical one third of the crown, on the mesial surface; extended to the pulp chamber and causing discomfort to the patient. Since the corresponding lower wisdom tooth is absent and other molars are non carious, so this one has been removed. 🦷

রুট ক্যানেল চিকিৎসার পরে ক্যাপ করাটা অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। তবে কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে যদি ক্যারিজ বা দাঁতের ক্ষয়ের মাত্রা কম হয়ে থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে ক্যাপ না করলেও দাঁতটি টেকানো যাবে।

আমাদের আজকের রোগীর বয়স ১৮ বছর। রুট ক্যানেল ট্রিটমেন্টের পরে ক্যাপ না বসানোয়, পরবর্তীতে দাঁতটি ভেংগে যায়। আর রুট ক্যানেল করা দাত অধিকাংশ সময়েই দেখা যায়, চোয়ালের হাড়ের সাথে মিশে যায়। সেক্ষেত্রে সার্জিক্যাল পদ্ধতিতে (যেমন- নিচের ছবির মতন) দাঁতটি অপসারণ করতে হয়।

দাঁতের যেকোন সমস্যার সমাধানের জন্য আমাদেরকে ইনবক্স করতে পারেন, অথবা সরাসরি আমাদের সাথে দেখা করতে পারবেন।

🔴দুই দাঁতের মাঝের অংশ কিভাবে পরিষ্কার রাখবো? 🙋‍♂

✅অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা যায় শুধুমাত্র টুথব্রাশ দিয়ে দাঁতের মাঝখানের খাদ্য- কণা পুরোপুরি পরিষ্কার করা সম্ভব হয় না। কেননা, দুই দাঁতের মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে অনেক সময় টুথব্রাশ পৌঁছায় না। এক্ষেত্রে সবচেয়ে বড় সমাধান হচ্ছে ডেন্টাল ফ্লস (𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬) ব্যবহার করা। ডেন্টাল ফ্লস ছাড়াও ইন্টার ডেন্টাল (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡) ব্রাশ নামে আরেকটি বিশেষ ধরণের টুথব্রাশ বাজারে পাওয়া যায়। এর সাহায্যে দুই দাঁতের মাঝখানে পরিষ্কার রাখা সম্ভব। তাছাড়া, চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী মাউথ ওয়াশ ব্যবহার করেও প্রতিকার পাওয়া যায়। ঘরোয়া পদ্ধতিতে সবচেয়ে ভাল চিকিৎসা হল- কুসুম গরম পানিতে লবণ মিশিয়ে কুলকুচি করা।
