Miniscrew placement( vector TAS, 8 mm), in between 11,12 & 21,22, for intrusion of the upper anrerior segment in a vertical maxillary excess( VME) patient. After the cooling period, elastics will ne applied from miniscrew to the targeted segment. উচু ও সামনের ঠোঁট থেকে বের হয়ে থাকা মাঁড়ির চিকিৎসার জন্য মিনি স্ক্রু ইমপ্লান্ট একটি কার্যকরী পদ্ধতি, এ পদ্ধতিতে উপরের চোয়ালের হাড়ে মিনি স্ক্রু ইমপ্লান্ট বসিয়ে উঁচু মাড়ি ঠিক করা যায়।

Another challenging case, spacing on upper ard lower jaw, peg shaped laterals, both the upper canines are rotated, left upper canine in transposition, 90° rotated upper left premolar. Lets hope for the best.

This 12 years male having class-I base relation, upper left central incisor in crossbite,severe crowding in upper arch, treatment protocol includes:-
1. Opening of the bite with bite raiser made with glass ionomer (fuji-9)
2. Bonding of the upper anterior segment( canine to canine), with 0.022 steel MBT bracket.
3. Levelling and alignment of upper arch.
4. Leveling and alignment of lower arch.
5. Arch co-ordination and interdigitation.
Re assess the case by taking followup radiographs.
