CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR TRADING HOURS

With the Christmas season here the team at Regal's Dental - Yeppoon are busier than ever making sure our patients are being seen to swiftly. However, with minimal appointments remaining for the year if you have an urgent need to be seen before we close please phone 49392548 and the team will do their best to accommodate.

Miles' and Natalie's last day at the practice will be Friday 22th December 2023 and we will be re-opening on Monday the 8th of January, 2024.

Do you have a set of perfectly white chompers? 🦷

Having a perfect smile doesn't mean your oral hygiene is up to scratch. On the flipside, crooked or yellow teeth doesn't necessarily equal an unhealthy mouth.

Keep your teeth and gums healthy by:
🦷 Flossing once a day before brushing
🪥 Brushing twice daily - spit instead of rinsing after brushing
🧃 Reducing the amount of sugary foods and drinks you consume
🚰 Drinking plenty of tap water

No matter what your teeth look like, it's impossible to tell how healthy your mouth is, unless you visit your dentist. 😁👍
