Dr Chamika is reviewing a braces case with quite a bit of food build-up between the brackets and wires… and it’s the perfect reminder that keeping on top of your brushing during orthodontic treatment is SO important.

Braces create extra spaces for food and plaque to hide, so good oral hygiene is key to keeping your teeth and gums healthy throughout treatment ✨
