About the Role
This position can be tailored to suit the right candidate—whether you prefer front desk, chairside assisting, or a combination of both.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
Managing appointments and scheduling
Handling phone enquiries and patient communications
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Dental Assisting Duties:
Chairside assisting across a variety of procedures
Preparing and sterilising instruments
Maintaining a clean and organised clinical environment
Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Minimum 6 months experience in the dental industry (essential)
Friendly, reliable, and professional presentation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience with Core Practice (preferred but not essential)
