Fun Fact: Many people believe brushing your teeth harder cleans them better. This in fact is not the case. Brushing too hard can actually irritate gums and wear on our protective enamel. The key is technique over pressure. Try using a soft toothbrush and gentle circular motions to effectively clean. Or better yet, get an electric toothbrush and let it do the work for you! 😁

Look at this fantastic picture drawn by Matilda!
Before it was her turn on the dental chair, she only had a quick 10 minutes to come up with her drawing of Dr. Uma, Dental Assistant Alyssa, and her big sister Charlotte having her treatments done!

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable long weekend!

If you had any concerns with your teeth, it's always a good idea to give us a call before we close on a Saturday afternoon (12pm). This is so we can book you in with our dentists before it becomes an emergency for you.
