COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

UPDATE

As you may be aware the national cabinet announced that dentistry will move to Level 2 restrictions as of today Monday the 27th of April 2020 under the current recommendations and regulations regarding the Coronavirus outbreak. This means that orthodontic practice can now resume.

We understand the need to do our bit to help flatten the curve and therefore will be changing the way we operate to follow the regulations and recommendation put into place while we are under Level 2 restrictions.

So that we can ensure your appointments are organised to be as safe for you as well as complying with our government’s strict social distancing regulations, we ask that you please call the clinic from your car to inform us that you are here.

Although we will always try to be on time for your appointments, in instances where this is not possible and there may be a slight wait, we ask that you remain waiting in the car until we call to let you know that we are ready for you to come up. We would also kindly ask that you minimise the amount of people you bring with you to your appointment to reduce the amount of traffic through the clinic.

Our new policies and procedures do take time and have been put in place to minimise the risks to our patients, their families and our staff so please be patient and kind during this period.

Please feel free to contact the clinic with any queries you may have with the recent change.

How to take intra oral photos
A few tips we have when taking photos:
• Have your flash on
• Try to get nice clear shot of the mouth/teeth
• Try to breathe through your nose to avoid fogging up the camera
• Please make sure you have nice clean hands before sticking them in your mouth! 😊
• If you are taking them yourself, use the timer function on your phone
