🦷 WE'RE HIRING — Dental Receptionist
📍 West Pennant Hills, Sydney
Taylor Street Dental is a boutique aesthetic dental clinic specialising in Invisalign and smile design. We're looking for a warm, reliable front desk team member to join us Monday to Thursday.
🗂 THE ROLE
This is a reception-primary position — your main focus is the front desk. You'll also receive hands-on cross-training in dental assisting basics so you truly understand the clinic and can support the team when needed.
Day-to-day you'll be:
· Welcoming patients and managing their experience
· Answering phones and managing appointments
· Processing payments and HICAPS insurance claims
· Communicating treatment plans and quotes to patients
✅ WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Strong English — 90% of our patients are English-speaking
· Warm, professional manner with people
· Initiative — you see what needs doing and do it
· Reliable and punctual
· Reception, admin or customer service experience (healthcare a bonus but not required)
· Australian PR or citizen preferred
