Walking into a dental practice can feel a little overwhelming, especially for little ones or patients who feel anxious about treatment.🫶🏼

That’s exactly why Jasmin, our Practice Manager, wanted to create this behind-the-scenes tour of Warragul Dental Care. 🤍☀️

From the moment you walk through our doors, we want you to feel like you already know us. Where to sit. What the rooms look like. Who you might meet. Even the little things can make a big difference when it comes to helping patients feel calm, comfortable and supported.🩷

Jasmin is deeply invested in the patient experience and loves spending time getting to know our families, chatting with nervous patients and helping children feel safe and welcomed before their appointment even begins.💜

We also know that comfort looks different for everyone, which is why we offer Dogtor Dave on Tuesdays and Thursdays until around midday. 🐾

Dave is a complimentary support service for our patients and, if available, can:
• Meet you in the patient lounge before treatment
• Sit beside you during your appointment
• Help nervous children and anxious patients feel more relaxed

Simply let our team know when booking if you’d like to request him. 📞
