Some simple steps to ensure a healthier smile!

1. Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste
2. Floss daily
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Limit sugary and carbonated drinks
5. Visit your dentist
6. Wear a mouthguard

These will all help to ensure a healthy smile, protected against cavities, gum disease and losing teeth!

Meet your local orthodontist!

Adam grew up in South Gippsland in Arawata.
He returned home in 2014 and has been living and working in Gippsland for many years.

Adam studied to be a dentist first and then went back to complete another 3 years full time training to become an Orthodontist in 2019.

He is currently a lecturer, examiner, demonstrator and tutor with the University of Melbourne and Latrobe University. He is also part of many local, Victorian, Australian and international committees and societies.

The answer is a resounding yes!

During your orthodontic treatment, it is important to continue seeing your dentist for regular checkups, professional cleans and preventive treatment as required necessary. That is what dentists are trained to do - prevention is so important.

We want to ensure super healthy teeth prior to, during and after your orthodontic care.

Please ensure you have your regular checkups booked with your dentist.
