When Bob came in for his regular 6-monthly check-up and clean with Kerry, one small area of concern was picked up during his appointment.

Instead of sending him away and asking him to come back another day, Kerry was able to collaborate directly with Dr Ghadir straight away.

Together, they organised for the tooth to be treated and filled in the same visit.

It might sound simple, but this kind of communication between clinicians can make such a difference to the patient experience. Less waiting. Less back-and-forth. Less stress trying to juggle multiple appointments.

Instead of explaining it from the chair, Dr Ghadir took the time to walk him into our in-house lab and show him exactly what was happening with his tooth.

This is what a same-day crown appointment can look like with us.

Your visit runs for around 120 minutes, so everything can be done in one go. ✨
The tooth is prepared, your crown is digitally designed, milled right here in practice, and then fitted before you leave.

There’s usually a little pocket of time in there where you can sit back and relax while it’s being made.
But if you’ve ever wondered what actually goes on behind the scenes, you’re always welcome to ask.

When it comes to restoring a front tooth, it’s not a one-size-fits-all process.

For Ian, this meant starting with a comprehensive consultation with Dr Anand - understanding not just the tooth, but how it sits within his smile, his features, and how he functions day-to-day.

From there, high-resolution clinical photography is taken to capture every detail, shape, texture, translucency, and colour.

We then collaborate with master ceramicist Chris from Ceramic Studios, who works closely with our team to handcraft the restoration.
Through a virtual consultation, Chris meets with our patients directly to assess and discuss the finer details - ensuring every nuance is considered.

For those who want to go even further, patients can visit Chris in-studio, where additional images are taken under different lighting conditions to refine the colour match even more.

Because the goal isn’t just to replace a tooth…
It’s to create something that looks like it’s always belonged.
