This patient presented with abnormal spacing and ectopic eruption caused by a giant odontome and extra tooth structures blocking the normal adult tooth from erupting correctly in the right place.

🔍 BEFORE:
• Significant spacing and forward displacement of teeth
• Extra dental tissue prevents normal tooth positioning

Following careful diagnosis, odontome removal, and orthodontic treatment, the teeth were successfully guided into their ideal positions.

✨ AFTER:

• Proper eruption and alignment of the permanent teeth
• Improved smile symmetry and aesthetics
• Better long-term function and oral health

Although odontomes are benign, they can interfere with normal dental development when left untreated. Early assessment with dental X-rays allows for timely intervention and better orthodontic outcomes.

If your child has delayed eruption or unusual spacing, an orthodontic evaluation may help detect underlying causes early.
