This treatment was performed with 8 porcelain veneers to replace failing resin bonding. The treatment was provided over 3 months including planning and temporisation. Final photo taken 3 months after veneers were cemented.

I had to pull a few tricks out of the book to get an aesthetic result for this young patient.

Lateral incisors that don’t track!

✅Cut the aligner to allow space for the buttons.
✅Etch and bond with aligner out.
✅Place aligner and bond button.
✅Leave enough space between the new button and the edge of the aligner for the tooth to move.
