Today we're sharing the outcome of a personalised smile rehabilitation completed by Dr Asef and the team at Dentists & Doctors.

This patient presented seeking treatment to replace two missing upper front teeth while also enhancing the size and proportions of her existing front teeth.

Following a comprehensive consultation, including clinical photographs, radiographs and digital scans, an individualised treatment plan was developed to address both functional and aesthetic considerations. This lovely patient visited Dr. Asef seeking options to improve both the appearance of her smile and the function of her teeth. After many years of feeling unhappy with her smile and experiencing dental anxiety, she decided to take the step of booking a smile consultation.

During this consultation, Dr. Asef carefully discussed the available treatment options. As removable dentures had not been well tolerated and the patient was looking for a more stable, long-term solution, an All-on-4 implant-supported treatment for the upper jaw was planned, along with a single dental implant for the lower jaw.

Extensive planning took place behind the scenes, including in-house 3D imaging, prosthetic lab collaboration, and detailed surgical planning. In total, five dental implants were placed to support the final restoration.

The result is a balanced, natural-looking smile designed to restore both comfort and function.
