Dental Receptionist Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team. This is a great chance to secure a long-term position in the health industry.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our busy practice. Experience is preferred but not essential.
About the practice
Gentle Dental Practice is a busy, well-established dental practice on the south coast of NSW, we currently have 4 dentists and 2 oral health therapists along with a team of friendly dedicated support staff. We are a skilled team delivering exceptional specialized dental care for adults, children, and toddlers along with medically compromised patients and those with special needs.
We are dedicated to providing healthy, aesthetic smiles, with a focus on improving the quality, function, and appearance of your teeth that lasts a lifetime.

About the role:
• As the receptionist primary responsibility is to be the voice and face of the practice and to ease patient’s fears and concerns
• Running of reception including usual duties of booking patients and answering phone calls and emails.
• Competently processing HICAPS + EFT payments
• Explanation of treatment plans, dental procedures, fees and payment plan, TLC calls/emails to patients
• Manage/create content for any aspect of our social media as directed and have Microsoft Office skills.
• Occasional clinical assisting/ sterilization may be required
