Why do we run on appointment only?
When you just 'pop in' to the clinic and hope to see our prosthetist, 9 times out of 10, we are booked up! We appreciate that your time is valuable, and hate to turn you away after you spent time getting to us, but if we are fully booked, we have an obligation to see the clients we have scheduled, whose time is also important!
So please, if you would like to come in for a visit, just give Ashlee a call on reception and she will schedule some time for you with Penny. That way, you won't be waiting unnecessarily, you wont be holding up others scheduled appointments, and we will be able to dedicate to you the time and attention that you deserve.
