Comprehensive Assessment

Good treatment starts with properly understanding the whole picture — not just the tooth that's bothering you today. Our comprehensive assessment looks at your teeth, bite, jaw and goals together, so any plan we make addresses the cause, not just the symptom. It's the difference between patching problems one at a time and a considered, joined-up approach. The first step in getting it right. 😴

Two-Phase Treatment

For some children, the smartest orthodontic approach happens in two stages. An early first phase — while the jaw is still developing — guides growth and creates space, making the second phase later simpler, shorter, or in some cases unnecessary. It's a specialist judgement call about timing, and getting it right can save a child more complex treatment down the track. Worth an early assessment to know if it applies. 📏

Guided Biofilm Therapy

Guided Biofilm Therapy is a smarter take on the dental clean. We first make the invisible plaque (biofilm) visible with a harmless dye, so nothing gets missed, then remove it with a gentle warm spray of fine powder and water — no scraping, far more comfortable, and genuinely thorough. You leave with teeth that are properly clean and noticeably smoother. The modern standard in professional cleaning. 🤍

Teeth Shifted Since Childhood?

Had braces as a teenager, only to watch your teeth slowly drift out of line again over the years? You're not alone — it's incredibly common, and the second-time fix is often far simpler than the first. Drop a comment if your teeth have "relapsed": we suspect a lot of you are quietly nodding right now. 👶

Veneers

Veneers are thin shells bonded to the front of the teeth to refine their shape, colour or alignment. The art is in restraint and balance — matched carefully so the result reads as naturally yours, not obviously "done." Sometimes a single veneer is all that's needed; sometimes a few across the front. We'll give you an honest view on whether they're the right approach, or whether something simpler will get you there. ✨

Sleep Apnoea & Sleep Disorders

If you sleep a full night and still wake up exhausted — or your partner's noticed you stop and start breathing — it's worth looking into. Disrupted breathing overnight fragments sleep and quietly affects your health and focus. As part of a comprehensive approach, we assess this and work with you, and other specialists where needed, toward the right solution. Tiredness usually has a cause worth finding. 🪥

Lingual Braces

Want your teeth straightened but would rather nobody knew you were doing it? Lingual braces are fixed to the back of the teeth, facing the tongue — so they're completely hidden from view while they work. They're a more specialised option, not offered everywhere, and well suited to adults who want the results of braces without anything showing. Whether they suit your case is assessed first. 😬

Rebuilding Worn Teeth

Teeth wear down with the years — they shorten, chip and flatten, and a worn smile can quietly add age to a face. Complex restorative work rebuilds them: restoring the height, shape and function that time has taken, often improving the bite at the same time. It's involved, specialist work, planned carefully and staged properly. The goal isn't a different smile — it's your smile, restored to how it once worked and looked. 🦷

Children's Orthodontics

There's an ideal window for assessing a child's bite — around age seven, while the jaw is still growing. It's not about putting young kids in braces; it's about spotting issues early, when gentle guidance can prevent bigger, more complex treatment later. A specialist orthodontist knows exactly what to look for. An early check is simple, and often the most valuable orthodontic appointment of all. 🌿

Three Ways to Straighten

If you were straightening your teeth as an adult, which would you choose: clear aligners you can take out, tooth-coloured ceramic braces that barely show, or lingual braces hidden completely behind the teeth? We offer all three, and there's no single right answer — it comes down to your case and your lifestyle. Tell us which appeals most in the comments. 💬
