Mouth taping, you’ve probably seen it all over your feed lately.

While nasal breathing during sleep is important for airway and oral health, mouth taping is not suitable for everyone.

Before trying it, consider a professional evaluation with a dentist trained in airway and sleep health. A proper assessment can help determine whether this approach is safe and suitable for your individual needs.

It’s also important to use appropriate medical-grade tape, as some low-cost online tapes may cause skin irritation or lip damage.

If you have concerns about your breathing or sleep, book a consultation to discuss your options!
