A little change of scenery for the team, get a load of that view!!! 🌴☀️
After what has been an incredibly busy 2026 so far, we traded the clinic for Hamilton Island for a few very well-earned days away together at the end of August.
We spent some time learning, growing and investing back into ourselves as a team with some professional development alongside MACTeam who taught us a lot about identifying different personality types and how that can make us better team mates and create better relationships with our patients. But don’t worry, we also made plenty of room for good food, sunshine, laughs and a little R&R.
There’s something pretty special about stepping away from the day-to-day and getting to simply enjoy each other’s company without talking about teeth or broken brackets.
A few days to celebrate how far we’ve come, recharge the batteries, and appreciate the people who make the busy seasons not only possible, but worth it 🤍
We all left feeling very lucky to be part of this team and headed home refreshed, inspired and ready for what’s next! 🌺
