Did you know that brushing immediately after drinking juice, soda, or even an upset stomach can actually damage your teeth?

The Science: Acidic liquids temporarily soften your tooth enamel. If you brush right away, you’re essentially scrubbing that softened layer off.

The Fix:
✔️Rinse with water immediately to neutralize the acid.

✔️Sharing drinks
✔️Cleaning dummies with your mouth

Don’t panic! Exposure doesn’t mean cavity.

You still need a combination of:
🦠Bacteria
🍭 Sugar
⏰ Time
🪥 Poor oral hygiene

The good news? Your habits protect you:

✔️ Brush 2x daily (fluoride toothpaste)
