26 years old female with congenitally missing lateral. Very challenging case with a high smile line. With these cases we can be lucky with bone grafting but the pink component is the most challenging. Getting papilla back on existing dentition and restoring gingival margin to be compatible with rest of the natural teeth.
Implant placed and simultaneously grafted and bind augmentation done and covered with collagen membrane then temporary was customised 4 months later .
Using modified VISTA technique and SECTG we got a satisfactory outcome.
