✨We’re so excited to introduce Tino Sage, the newest member of the Anokhi Dental family!

Tino grew up on the beautiful island of Tahiti, surrounded by nature, tradition, and a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal.

His upbringing sparked a lifelong passion for holistic health, and a love for ancient healing traditions like Ayurveda.

He later moved to New Zealand to complete his training as an Oral Health Therapist, where he built on this foundation with a strong focus on whole-body, integrative care.

At Anokhi, Tino works closely with Dr. Patel, helping patients with gentle, personalised treatments that support not just their smiles — but their overall wellbeing too.
He’s passionate about helping people move toward healthier oral care routines, and loves empowering patients to make small changes that have a big impact.

Whether he’s making little ones feel at ease during their first dental visit or helping adults rebalance their oral health, Tino brings a calm, caring energy to every appointment.
We’re so happy to have him with us — and we can’t wait for you to meet him!

So nice to meet you! I’m Dr. Aushi Patel, the proud owner of Anokhi Dental in Sydney.

To give you a little background, Anokhi means “unique” in Sanskrit, which is the essence of what we do! My journey has blended almost 30 years of modern dentistry with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda—a holistic healing system from India that’s over 5000 years old. Ayurveda focuses on balancing the mind, body, and spirit for optimal health.

At Anokhi Dental, we believe the mouth is more than just teeth—it’s the gateway to your overall wellbeing. My mission is to connect oral health with whole-body wellness, using modern dental practices alongside Ayurvedic principles to bring you a truly holistic approach to care.

I’m also the author of Your Healing Mouth: Unlocking Ancient Ayurvedic Secrets for Optimal Dental Health, and the creator of Anokhi Veda Ayurvedic Oral Care products (). These are designed to naturally enhance your oral health, rooted in the principles of Ayurveda.🌱

🌼Spring is here, and we have some exciting news for you!

Anokhi Dental will soon be relocating to Beanbah Chambers, a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, next to the Supreme Court and Hyde Park.

Our new space is just a short walk from St James and Martin Place stations, making it super convenient for your visits!

After 20 wonderful years on Pitt Street, we’re thrilled to begin this new chapter.
We’ll be closing the doors at our Pitt St location on October 31 and reopening at Beanbah Chambers on November 11.

With only a few appointments left before the move, be sure to book now if you’d like to secure one!
