This is our lovely patient, Tia.
Tia had a really large overjet with proclined upper incisors to start. She also had a narrow upper arch with a deep bite. Treatment involved a Herbst/RME appliance for 8 months which helped correct the overjet and created some expansion of the upper arch, followed by Light force braces for 24 months.
