Two smiles. Two Different journeys.
Bruce has been with us for years.
He first came in when he chipped a tooth during a weekend footy match. We patched it up all good.
Then came the next visit… 18 months later. This time, a filling had broken. Then 2 years went by.
Last week, he came back with a toothache that had been brewing for weeks.
And unfortunately, by then, it was more than just a toothache it needed serious work.
Over time, Bruce’s smile has become a bit like patchwork. Each visit feels more urgent, more costly, and harder on him emotionally too.
He’s not alone. Life gets busy. Anxiety builds. And cost becomes a concern until it becomes unavoidable.
Then there’s Emily.
She comes in every 6 months. Calm, curious, sometimes even excited to catch up.
We’ve seen her kids grow up in our chairs.
