How to self-regulate your emotions?

When you feel…

😠 Angry: Drink 1 cup of water, exercise, full cardio workout. Pause current work until you are cool down. Feet touch the ground to regain composure.

😧 Anxious: Practice deep breathing, limit caffeine to avoid more stress, use scented candles to help relax your mind. Remember that whether it's good or bad, there are always lessons to grow.

🤕 Lack of confidence: Think about the results achieved, create and practice a lifestyle to help develop yourself (i.e participate in courses on communication, presentation, teamwork to courses on beauty, fitness etc.), straighten your back and pay attention to eye-contact
