A facially guided design allows a vantage point that takes the guess work out of the process.

In this case, a smile transformation along with a relaxed facial appearance was achieved by placing 8 Emax restorations and 7 direct injectable resin restorations.

It may not be the case for modern internal combustion engines but the statement still holds true for humans.

Fundamentally, straight teeth are preceded by a series of events from the moment we are born. Tongue posture, nose breathing, jaw development, and a patent airway are some of the key features involved in this phenomenon.

A wide jaw is a pre requisite to accomodate straight teeth. Here the focus was on jaw expansion followed by aligners to achieve improved function and aesthetics.
