Every treatment plan begins with understanding a patient's individual dental needs, concerns and goals.

This patient presented for a full-mouth rehabilitation assessment with a long history of periodontal disease and previous tooth loss following trauma. Having worn an upper denture for many years, she wanted to explore a fixed treatment option.

Following a comprehensive assessment and treatment planning process, she proceeded with Teeth On Implants full-arch rehabilitation, with six implants placed in the upper jaw and six in the lower jaw, supporting fixed full-arch implant prostheses.

The treatment was planned using digital smile design and 3D planning, with multiple stages of planning and try-ins to help guide the final design.

Every patient’s journey is different.

This patient presented to our practice with extensive dental decay (caries) and a terminal dentition. Following a comprehensive clinical assessment, radiographic examination, diagnosis, and discussion of the available treatment options, she elected to proceed with full-arch implant rehabilitation for both the upper and lower jaws.

Her surgery was completed two weeks ago, and she was provided with an immediately fixed full-arch prosthesis. The definitive prostheses are zirconia restorations supported by titanium frameworks, allowing fixed replacement of her missing teeth.
