In this case, a digital smile design was created to perform the treatment, which consisted of orthodontic clear aligner therapy with Invisalign for 12 months, performed by Dr Giancarlos Alvarez (), followed by a surgical crown lengthening procedure performed by Dr Charles Snyman from Gold Coast Implants & Periodontal Specialists, using a 3D-printed surgical guide.

After a six-week healing period, Dr Andres placed eight composite veneers using an injection moulding technique. The postoperative photograph was taken three weeks after completion of treatment.

These treatments can form part of an individualised plan, depending on each person’s dental needs and goals.
