🥳What a smile! This young man has a big friendly personality but was hiding his smile and avoiding socialising due to advanced disease and missing teeth. In the comfort of sedation, we performed an immediate full upper jaw implant reconstruction in just one surgery - and the rest is history!

🩻Case Challenges:
🔎Limited jaw (maxilla) bone
🔎Large expanded maxillary sinuses
🔎High smile line
🔎Dental infections
🔎As expected, some anxiety about treatment
🦷Solutions:
✔️All On 4 Plus including standard, trans-sinus, pterygoid implants and immediate loading of a new and aesthetic smile.
✔️The procedure involved maxillary sinus elevation, bone graft and "sinus crush" bone modification in the same procedure, without involving any additional surgeries. This requires a unique skill set and experience to perform predictably and generally, without additional discomfort.
✔️In-chair IV sedation (sleep dentistry) for extra comfort
