Sinus Lift Surgery plus Bone graft with implant placement

45 yr old male wanted a missing molar replaced but scans showed insufficient maxillary bone ( >>maxillary ridge augmentation surgery and immediate implant surgery under Local Anaesthetic - 10 years ago )

Handsome teenager with severe upper and lower teeth crowding with jaw size discrepancies!

Extremely difficult case of crooked teeth made easy with a very motivated and compliant youngman and a bit of favourable teenage growth !

Pre operatively patient had obvious cosmetic and self esteem issues , functional and hygiene difficulties ,speech and breathing problems, traumatic bite with TMJ pain etc

Thanks to his parents for their diligence 🎉 🙏

Interesting Endodontic Case

A previously ( elsewhere ) treated endodontic tooth developed a recurrent infection with pain

Patient was referred to specialist but it was deemed the tooth was untreatable

We offered to try and treat the premolar as an experiment at no cost

Patient was so pleased she paid us in full with a generous tip also

9 years on , her precious tooth is going strong still 🩺⚡️💪 🦷
