Tomorrow we kick off our final Live Patient Externship for 2026!

Dr Nadarren completed Fellowship 1, our first theory course, then joined our Live Patient Externship having never placed an implant.

Two days in, he’s now placed 4 implants, with Dr Dean Licenblat, Dr David Bassal and Dr Ned Restom beside him for every one.

During our live patient externship, we run two streams side by side: one for clinicians placing their first implants, and one for those ready to step up to full arch, with cases hand-selected to match. Small group, three days, hands-on with live patients.

After 10 years of extractions, Dr Natasha came to our live patient externship on the Central Coast, to build confidence in placing implants herself.

2 days in, 5 implants later, the biggest shift went beyond placement, with the flaps taught making suturing far easier.

We were very fortunate to record an episode with guest lecturers Dr Abbas Hassanali and Dr Jess Liu whilst we had them in Sydney for our Fellowship 4 Soft Tissue course.
