IT IS DENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2026

This year's Back to the Dentist campaign encourages people to return for regular dental check-ups, reinforcing that prevention is always better than treatment.

Too often, patients wait until they experience pain or discomfort before booking an appointment. Regular dental visits allow clinicians to detect potential issues early, helping to prevent more complex treatment while supporting healthier smiles for life.

If you have missed your regular dental check-up, here is a friendly reminder to book soon.

Call us: 6223 2238
Book online: dentalongregory.com.au
Book directly from a google search, just search for Dental on Gregory
If you have Medibank or HCF, you can book in their mobile apps.

Dental on Gregory, your local Sandy Bay dentist in Hobart. General and emergency dental treatment. Online Bookings available.

The school holidays are not far away. Dental on Gregory still has a few spaces left to get your winter check-up done.

Why not make the most of the cold weather and get indoors, lay back, relax while we give your teeth the spa treatment.

Just a reminder. As we are changing our dental practice software this weekend.

Our online appointment bookings will not be available from just after 5.00pm tonight, Friday 12th June until around 8.30am on Monday 15th June.

If the process of converting our patient data between software happens more smoothly than anticipated, the online booking system may come online sooner.

It will look different to how it has in the past, and there will be additional options to choose depending on what you are booking for.

We are using this software upgrade to enhance both our internal processes and our patient experience.

Have a good weekend, everyone

04/06/2026

Dental on Gregory will be updating our dental software the weekend of 13th and 14th June 2026.

Over that weekend our online booking system will be down for part/all of the weekend.

Our new software is from an Australian company and will offer benefits to both us and our patients. Easier and faster processing of accounts at reception, reduced paper use. Improved online appointment bookings... and much more.

We look forward to providing a better experience for our patients. To achieve this though we need to take our online appointment bookings offline for the above period.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dental on Gregory is expanding!

We are taking over the space in our building downstairs. When you enter the practice you will notice a big hole in the wall. At this time please continue upstairs to our reception.

Once all renovations are complete our reception will be relocating to the ground floor.

Please bear with us during this transition as there will be noise and disruptions, we are looking forward to our larger practice, new space, and extra treatment rooms.
