How long has it been since your last dental check-up?

Life gets busy, and somehow that dental appointment keeps getting pushed further down the to-do list.

The good news? You don't need to wait until something hurts to get back on track.

She's friendly, approachable and welcomes patients of all ages at our Sandstone Point and Brighton clinics.

And if it's been a while, don't let that stop you from booking. The important thing is getting started.

Does the thought of sitting in the dental chair make you feel a little uneasy?

Maybe it's the sounds, the anticipation, or a not-so-great dental experience in the past. Whatever it is, we get that visiting the dentist isn't everyone's favourite way to spend an afternoon!

Did you know that happy gas (nitrous oxide) is an option at Beyond Dental Care?
It's a form of sedation that can help you feel more relaxed during dental treatment, while you're still awake and able to chat with your dentist.

And another bonus? Unlike some other forms of sedation, patients can generally drive themselves home afterwards, once they've recovered and their dentist has confirmed it's safe to do so.

It might be worth considering if you've been putting off an appointment because you're feeling anxious, or if certain dental procedures make you particularly nervous.

Happy gas isn't suitable for everyone, and there's an additional cost involved, but our team can explain how it works and help you decide whether it's an option for your appointment.

Been putting off that dental visit? Give us a call and let's talk through your options.

Our Share a Smile reward is still DOUBLED! 🎁

A recommendation from a friend or family member means a lot, especially when it comes to choosing a dentist. So when you recommend Beyond Dental Care to someone you care about, we’d like to say a little thank you.

Until 31 October, when someone you refer books and attends their first appointment and mentions your name, you’ll receive a $50 eGift Card or $50 credit towards your next appointment.

That’s double our usual $25 Share a Smile reward.

So, if you have a friend, family member or neighbour looking for a new dentist, send them our way and make sure they let us know you referred them.

It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting our team enough to recommend us to the people you care about.

⏰ Double reward ends 31 October 2026

What actually happens at your first appointment with us? 🦷

At Beyond Dental Care Sandstone Point, we allow a full 60 minutes for every New Patient Check-Up & Clean.

Why? Because your first visit should be about more than getting in, getting your teeth cleaned and heading straight back out the door.

We want time to get to know you, understand your dental history, thoroughly assess your oral health and give you the opportunity to ask questions without feeling rushed.

Your New Patient Check-Up & Clean includes:

✓ A review of your medical and dental history
✓ A comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums
✓ Any required dental X-rays
✓ An OPG (full-mouth X-ray)
✓ A professional scale and clean
✓ Time to discuss what we find and any recommended next steps

And if it’s been a while since you last visited a dentist, that’s okay too. There’s no judgement about where you’re starting from. We’ll simply help you understand where things are at and what comes next.

60 minutes. A thorough assessment. A professional clean. And time to actually talk to your dentist.

Why every 6 months? There’s actually a good reason your dentist keeps mentioning it 🦷

It can be easy to put off a check-up when nothing hurts and everything feels fine, but regular dental visits give your dentist the opportunity to keep an eye on changes in your teeth and gums over time.

And if six months has somehow turned into a little longer than planned, don’t let that stop you from coming back. No judgement. We’ll simply meet you where you’re at and help you work out what comes next 😊

Hear what Dr Mitesh has to say about why those regular check-ups matter.

Why do we invest a full day in bringing our teams from all four clinics together? 🦷

For us, Staff Training Day is a chance to step away from the usual day-to-day, learn together, share ideas and continue building on how we work as one team across Beyond Dental Care.

It’s also a rare opportunity to have everyone from Burpengary, Sandstone Point, Hamilton and Brighton together in the same room, with a little team building and friendly competition thrown in too! 😊

Here’s sharing a little more about why taking this time together is so important to us.
