WE’RE MOVING! 🎉🦷

Due to our continued growth, we’re excited to share that we will be upgrading and moving into a newly-refurbished clinic at 38 Commercial Road, Salisbury!

📍 Current clinic: 4 Wiltshire Street, Salisbury
📍 New clinic: 38 Commercial Road, Salisbury
📅 Anticipated move: November 2026
🚗 Only 2 minutes away!

Same friendly team. Same great dental care. More space, a bigger facility and a fresh new internal fit-out for our growing practice.

We’ll remain at 4 Wiltshire Street right up until the move, so there’s nothing you need to do yet.

Once we move, your appointment confirmation SMS will show the correct address, so keep an eye on those!

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on! ✨

Do whitening toothpastes actually work? 🦷

Whitening toothpastes can help remove surface stains and brighten your smile over time, but they won’t change the natural colour of your teeth or whiten deeper stains.

Swipe through 👉 to learn what makes whitening toothpastes different, what you might notice with regular use, and when professional whitening or take-home kits may be a better option.

💡 If you’re considering whitening, your dentist can help you choose the safest and most effective option for your smile.

🦷 Dental Health Week 2026 | My Smile

Dreaming of a brighter or straighter smile?

Cosmetic dentistry can be a great option—but it's important to remember that treatments like whitening, veneers and clear aligners are still dental procedures that require professional assessment and care.

With so much advice online, it can be tempting to follow trends or try DIY treatments. Unfortunately, these can sometimes cause permanent damage to your teeth and gums.

Before making any decisions about your smile, speak with your dentist. We'll help you understand your options and recommend safe, evidence-based treatments that are right for you.

A healthy smile is always in style. 💙

🦷 Dental Health Week 2026 | My Smile

Wisdom teeth usually appear between the ages of 18 and 25—the perfect reminder that regular dental check-ups are important, even if nothing feels wrong.

As wisdom teeth develop, they can cause:
✔️ Pain or discomfort
✔️ Swelling
✔️ Infection
✔️ Bad breath
✔️ Difficulty opening your mouth
✔️ Crowding of other teeth

Don't wait until the pain becomes severe. A dental examination and x-rays can identify potential problems early, often helping you avoid more serious issues down the track.

If you're experiencing any symptoms or it's been a while since your last check-up, now is the perfect time to book an appointment.

Dental Health Week 2026 is here!

From 3–9 August, we're joining the Australian Dental Association in celebrating Dental Health Week.

This year's "My Smile" campaign encourages young Australians aged 18–25 to prioritise their oral health and keep regular dental check-ups on their to-do list. Whether you're studying, working or starting out on your own, looking after your smile now can help prevent bigger problems later.

🏉 Protect your smile while playing sport!

If you play contact or high-impact sports, wearing a custom-fitted mouthguard is one of the best ways to reduce the risk of broken or knocked-out teeth.

Did you know? Sports drinks can also increase your risk of tooth decay and enamel erosion because of their high sugar and acid content. Water is the best choice to stay hydrated and protect your smile.

Throughout Dental Health Week, we'll be sharing more tips on keeping your smile healthy - including cosmetic dentistry and wisdom teeth - so stay tuned!

Did you know saliva is one of your mouth’s natural defences? 💧🦷

A dry mouth can increase your risk of tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath because there’s less saliva to help protect and cleanse your teeth and gums.

One simple way to support healthy saliva levels? Stay hydrated and drink water regularly throughout the day!

If you’re experiencing ongoing dry mouth symptoms, book in with our team for advice and care.
