This year marks 5 years of Premium Dental Lab, and standing with us through this journey are three incredible team members who have helped shape who we are today.
From a newly established lab in 2021 to now nearly 50 staff members, each of you has played an important role in our growth, success, and culture.
Kensaku Takahashi – Head of Fixed Prosthetics
From your early days as a technician, progressing to Team Leader and now Head of Crown and Bridge as well as a Business Partner, your journey has been inspiring to witness. The respect you have earned throughout the lab speaks volumes about your character, technical expertise, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. So many people look up to you not only for your skills, but also for your leadership and guidance.
Cristina – Head of Removable Prosthetics
Your patience and kindness make you one of the most valued people in the lab. You are always willing to teach others, share your knowledge, and support your peers without hesitation. Your calm and caring nature has had a lasting impact on so many around you.
Claudia – Head of Quality
From beginning your journey with us as a Fit & Press Technician to becoming Head of Quality, your growth has been truly phenomenal. You are one of the most helpful and dependable people in the lab, always willing to step in and support others whenever needed.
While their technical abilities are exceptional, what stands out most is their dedication to mentoring younger staff members, putting aside their own work to help others, and consistently contributing to the positive culture we have built together.
